Community Guidelines
Last updated: October 18, 2026 ยท Version 1
These Community Guidelines apply to everyone who uses Universality's Service. They are part of the Terms of Service.
1. Do not
- Cheat the numbers or the pay: buy, bot, farm, trade or inflate views, likes, comments or followers; use engagement groups; use another person's account or let someone use yours; make or use several accounts to be paid more than once, to join a campaign you were refused or to get around a suspension; submit videos you did not post; fake or edit audience screenshots.
- Break other rules or the law: break the rules of TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Google or any platform, or the law; spam, impersonate, evade platform enforcement or take over accounts.
- Harm people or the Service: attack, overload or get around the security of the Service or access other people's data; harass, threaten, scam or spam any member or our team, ask for login details or pressure people for money; post or share illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content, anything that shows or exploits children, or anything you have no right to share.
- Misuse chat: the general chat is not for links, advertising, repeated messages, curses, slurs or sexual content, or for pretending to be our team. Messages with slurs, hate, threats, harassment or calls to self-harm are not sent. Repeated ones suspend you from the general chat (24 hours, then 3 days, 7 days and 30 days). Files shared in chats are deleted after 30 days.
- Break campaign rules: promote illegal products or services, make deceptive or unsupported claims, use copyright, trademarks or likeness you have no right to use, or post anything the brief or we say is off limits. See also the advertising rules in the Clipper Terms.
2. What we may do
When we believe on reasonable grounds that a rule was broken, we may ask you to fix or remove content (usually within 48 hours; sooner for legal or safety risk); remove or hide a message or content; pause a campaign, stop counting a clip or remove it; hold, reduce or reverse money as set out in the Clipper Terms; limit chat, suspend or close an account; and report illegal activity to the authorities or the platforms. We act in proportion: a first small mistake usually gets a warning; serious or repeated cases, and fraud, can lead to closing the account without one.
3. Reports
Anyone can report a message, profile, clip or campaign from the dashboard, or write to us (email [email protected] or use Get help in your dashboard). Our team looks at reports and may keep a copy of what was reported while it does. We cannot always tell you what we decided about someone else.
4. Platforms
TikTok, Instagram and other platforms make their own decisions to remove content, limit reach or close accounts. We do not control them and cannot promise that following our rules keeps your accounts safe. Read and follow the platforms' current rules.
5. Appeals
If we act against you we tell you why, and you can answer through the Support tab ("Appeal"). Someone who did not make the first decision looks at it. Appeals about money follow the Clipper Terms.
