Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These terms apply when you use Universality ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Universality is
Universality runs campaigns. You join a campaign, post videos on your own TikTok or Instagram account, submit the links, and are paid based on the verified views of approved videos, under the rate, minimum and maximum that the campaign sets.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for your Discord account and for everything done through your Universality account.
- Your Discord username, picture and the views on your approved clips can appear on our public leaderboard. You can hide yourself in Settings at any time.
- You must be at least 13 and old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.
- The TikTok and Instagram accounts you connect must be yours. One social account can only be linked to one Universality account.
3. Submitting videos
- Submit a video within the time shown in the dashboard after posting it (currently 30 minutes), from a connected account, while the video is public.
- Every submission needs a screenshot or screen recording of that video's audience demographics, and it must be genuine and unedited.
- Follow the campaign's requirements and guidelines. Content must be lawful and must not infringe anyone's rights.
- Each video can be submitted once.
4. Review and earnings
- Operators review submissions and may approve or reject them, and may change a decision later. Only approved videos earn money.
- A video's earnings are calculated from the views the platform reports for it, using its campaign's rate. A video earns nothing until it reaches the campaign's minimum and never more than its maximum. Campaign budgets may limit total payments.
- Views and rates can change: platforms correct their numbers, and operators can edit a campaign's payout settings, which can re-price its videos. Displayed earnings are calculated figures, not a guarantee of payment.
5. Payouts
- You can request a withdrawal when your available balance reaches the minimum shown on the Cash out page. Operators pay requests manually to the method you saved and then mark them paid.
- Provide payment details you own and keep them correct. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you gave us, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
- We may delay, reduce or refuse payment, or reverse earnings, where we reasonably believe a rule was broken or the views were not genuine.
6. What you must not do
- Buy, bot, farm or otherwise artificially inflate views, likes or other numbers, or use other people's accounts or content as your own.
- Submit videos you didn't post, or fake or edit demographics screenshots.
- Attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service, or access other people's data.
- Break the rules of TikTok, Instagram, Discord or the law while using the service.
7. Third-party platforms
Universality works with Discord, TikTok and Instagram, which have their own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. If a platform limits or removes our access, statistics may stop updating.
8. Ending things
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your data. We can suspend or close accounts, and end or change campaigns, if these terms are broken or to protect the service.
9. No guarantees
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that any campaign will run for a particular time, that you will earn a particular amount, or that the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have earned and not yet been paid.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you in the dashboard when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions? Use Get help inside the dashboard.
